Why do people make a big deal about Michael Jackson´s death?

Okay, I know he was a big deal but he never knew you. You never knew the real him. Only the people who truly knew him can make a big deal. I mean, people only liked his music and dancing. They never really like HIM. wtf?

true. but isn’t this the way it is with every celebrity? people really can’t ostracize michael jackson and not say anything about elvis, or anna nicole smith, or whoever. every dead celebrity is going to have their fans and they deserve a right to grieve just like the family. fans can love a celebrity too, just not the same kind of love as a family does.

I agree… he died, it is sad but get over it! They don’t need to go on and on and on about his personal life and autopsy and stuff like that. People don’t get the reason they call it a personal life, because its supposed to be PERSONAL… I think people way over reacted to some of the things he did, and are making way to big of a deal over him dying…

His music never fails to cheer me up when i feel lonely. I was born in the mid-80s, and I listened to Michael Jackson’s songs when I was a child. I shall forever remember Michael Jackson for his moonwalk and the charity work that he did, and the fact that he was a really talented musician who wrote and composed almost all of his songs. He entertained us for four decades and has taken us through the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s right up to the 2000s. His sole intention was to entertain, and we should respect him for that, and salute his service to humanity.

This is a video of him performing the song “I’ll be there” in his days with Jackson 5. He has the voice of a sweet little angel when he was just a child. This song makes me wanna smile and cry at the same time.

I shall love him till the end of the world. I know I’m one of those who will miss him. Michael Jackson is the BEST ever! Nobody can ever replace him. There can never be a second Michael Jackson. His musical legacy would live on for centuries to come. He’s a pop legend and would always be. He was one of the greatest singers of our generation. He was the one who brought love and joy into our lives. I don’t care if he is black or white. His music is colourless and universal, even the illiterate country bumpkin in the remotest village in the world know who he is. That’s how popular he is. I can never get enough of his face, his beautiful voice and his slick dance moves.

MJ was a kind-hearted soul who doesn’t deserve to die young. It’s a pity that in death, few people remember him for his humanitarian efforts (he contributed to 36 charities in his lifetime). What’s more, he broke 13 Guinness World Records and won 19 grammys in his career. He was no ordinary man, he’s a superhero. He should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his service to humanity. MJ haters are mostly those who were brainwashed by the media, with its constant portrayal of MJ as a freako. He is not a paedophile at all. He loves children because he himself is a child at heart.

I wish you could listen to this, if you had not:

Poor Michael, he didn’t have a proper childhood. I urge all MJ haters to please leave him alone.

    R.I.P. Michael

see that’s where you’re wrong! Us fans watch sooooo many videos of him, all of his performances, everyone of his interviews you can find! And after all that his amazing ways are attached to our hearts! True fans do really care for HIM Not the man the media makes him to be so before you go around saying people don’t really care for him think about their feelings for you don’t know how STRONG ones bond can be!

    R.I.P Michael?
    I love you =]

MJ is/WAS a child molester plain & simple,NORMAL, INNOCENT MEN,(I use that term VERY loosely with him) DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT find themselves having to pay settlement after settlement. You BRAINDEAD dumdass’s that are treating him like he was a saint make me sick. With all the REAL problems in the world (Iran, Iraq, the economy, Pakistan, ect.)If you are more upset with the death of ANY musician than these REAL problems you ALL need mental help!!!!!!

it is STUPID IGNORANT People, trying to immoralize a child molester that are this countrys WORST problem. He apparently disliked himself more than anyone else EVER COULD, how else would you explain his “new face”??? Brought the world together with his music? ARE YOU INSANE??? The ONLY reason you see all these idiots clamering for his crap is because he’s DEAD!!! DONT YOU GET IT??? Its now all his “fans” trying to whore him in death & make a DOLLAR!!!
Anyone who thinks its NORMAL for a 30 going 40 year old man to share his bed with boys who arent even his own, seriously needs their heads examining. And dont try and lay the “he didnt do it, he was proven innocent in court bit.” This freak admitted in an internationally broadcast TV programme that he did share his bed and he didnt see anything wrong with it. Also I dont really care if the journalist who broke this breached Whackos trust, taht is not the point. Michael Jackson, either sexually or non sexually likes sleeping with little boys and that is not normal.
